Some helpful tips for Zoom meetings or appointments:
- Make sure your video and audio are working correctly, give yourself some extra time before your call to check out these features.
- Familiarize yourself with the Mute/Unmute feature and the Show/Hide Video options to make sure the other members on the Zoom meeting can see and/or hear you. Additional resources on Audio and Video can be found here.
- Utilize the chat feature within Zoom to send messages to members if any problems or questions arise.
