Speakers:

Dr. Ken Graham: Ken is a consultant in Strategy, Leadership, and Change to large and mid-sized employers. He retired as Global Head of Leader Development for Royal Dutch Shell. During his career, Ken worked for three large corporations—Shell, Allstate, and Beatrice, and three large universities, Penn State, the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He serves on corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors. Ken is and will always be a Penn Stater. He earned three degrees and a pilot’s license from Penn State. He joined and later led Penn State Executive Programs.

Rebecca Zoshak: Rebecca Zoshak is a Lecturer with the English for Professional Purposes Intercultural Center (EPPIC) at Penn State. She received a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from Penn State, where she has been teaching ESL Composition, Pronunciation, and Conversation classes since 2011. Additionally, she has worked as a Language Specialist at Penn State Law. Her current work with EPPIC includes developing and implementing courses, workshops, and individual meeting strategies that provide international students with linguistic support.
