Our six month paid co-op ($1000/week, 40 hours/week) is your invitation to the culture, commitment and hard work it takes to succeed as an executive at ALDI. From Day 1, you’ll be immersed in the inner workings of a successful and dynamic workplace. You’ll be given real responsibility, real assignments and a real chance to show what you can do. By working with Team Leaders, Warehouse Supervisors and the Director of Warehousing and Logistics, you’ll learn everything from warehouse operations, employee relations, logistics to national strategy.
