The Jefferies Women’s Initiative Network (jWIN) is excited to invite women in the Class of 2023 to apply to spend an immersive day with us virtually. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to meet professionals across divisions and experience a day in the life at a Global Investment Bank.

Include your resume and a personal statement (300 words or less) on the following topic: Describe how hard work and drive enabled you to work through a challenging situation. Please discuss the obstacle and what actions you took to overcome it. Be sure to include your name on your personal statement.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Attend a panel of Managing Directors to hear insights from successful women

• Hear from Analysts to understand why they chose Jefferies & financial services

• Meet with Senior Management to learn about their time in the industry

• Learn about a Day in the Life of women at Jefferies

• Explore the career paths of non-Finance majors and how they found their passion for finance

• Receive networking and interviewing advice from our Campus Recruiting Team
