Learning about Microinternships with Parker Dewey
Students and recent graduates are invited to join Parker Dewey staff at these regularly scheduled events for assistance and to learn more about Micro-Internships, how they can help them get their foot in the door with companies of interest, and how to make their applications stand out. Microinternships are short-term, project-based professional experiences (usually lasting from a few hours to a few weeks) that allow students or early-career professionals to gain experience, build skills, and explore industries without committing to a traditional long-term internship.
They’re often paid and can include tasks like:
-
Market research
-
Social media content creation
-
Data analysis
-
Writing or editing projects
-
Graphic design or web updates
