This week’s Student Spotlight Intern is Alex Carmona who was a summer intern at Takeoff Technologies in Boston, Massachusetts! Alex is a junior majoring in Management with a minor in Supply Chain and Information Sciences and Technology. During her summer internship, she established a marketing campaign to increase visibility to inform grocers and media about eGrocery solutions, analyzed an automated grocery Micro fulfillment Center, which assembles an order in less than 15 minutes, and led weekly collaboration meetings to maintain productive relationships with supervisors and the Chief of Staff. Alex was able to learn a lot from her internship and make a real impact at the same time!
