This week’s Student Spotlight Intern is Emmanuel Nkgare who was an Actuarial Intern at Hollard Life Botswana! Emmanuel is a Risk Management Actuarial Science major. During his internship, one of his favorite aspects about the company was the people who were welcoming, friendly, and hard-working all at the same time. On a typical day, Emmanuel was responsible for cleaning up and analyzing data, providing policy quotes for prospective clients, contributing to product development meetings, and performing cash flow reconciliations. He says that he was able to learn a lot throughout his internship experience is very grateful to have such an impactful role!
