Meet our Student Spotlight Intern Courtney who was a Surgical Vision Finance Intern at Johnson & Johnson! Courtney is a senior majoring in Finance. On a weekly basis, she was responsible for updating weekly sales reports and projections that were distributed to the CFO and other leadership within the J&J Medical Devices division. Her main project was building a forecasting model for the $7 million Refractive Business. Courtney collaborated cross functionally with both the Commercial Sales and Marketing teams. She was also able to give back to the community during her internship! She created a Backpack & School Supplies Drive to benefit the underprivileged children in the Santa Ana, CA community. Throughout her internship, Courtney greatly expanded her network and made a real impact on the business. After two interviews and a case study, she was offered a full-time offer for the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) in New Jersey where she will be working after graduation.
